Got Bored? Read Me !

This is sort of similar to the Akbar-Birbal story where Birbal keeps count of blind men in the city. This came up after lot of wait. The company I work in is located in a building (small workplace) where there are two companies adjacent to each other. Students/people keep coming in to our office as well as the other company for internship/projects and other stuff. In the hope of not getting disturbed by students/people asking for company officials etc, we planned to put up a sticker on the entrance door of our work place, the other company doesn’t have it on the door – instead they have the board at  some place where people don’t get to see it.

Now the issue is, people keeping asking for the other company officials many a times by knocking on our door. I don’t really get it ! Even after having a huge sticker of our logo and company name on the door, still  people ask for the other company ? The conversation goes like this.

Is this Y company? or Can I meet Mr B of Y company !

This is not Y company, this is company X !

Dude, can’t you read ! Are you guys blind ? Can’t you see that huge sticker on the door ! duhh..
Why does it always happen this way, normal people act blind or atleast ignorantly blind

I always get a thought to shoo them away by bashing them after showing them the logo on the door, but due to the “corporate courtesy”, I keep answering to those questions from the lame ignorantly “blind” people !

Its worse than the 6 men and the elephant story ! They were actually blind, these are just careless ignorant fools ! huh..
