Media Not Taking Any Sides? – 3 Idiots & Five Point Someone Issue
Lets list out the media comments and articles from different newspapers and sites. No site or newspaper has taken sides of any of the two parties, either 3 Idiots nor Chetan Bhagat’s. Media seems to be very clever in such issues. They remain silent to see how the controversy grows and gives more hits and readership to the papers and their sites . All the articles on the news sites don’t confirm anything concrete even though they have seen the movie and read the book too ? Why is everything left to the readers? If you people know the truth and believe in it, why not publish something concrete so that people will know whats wrong and whats right ?. Mariah in Mohit’s Chauhan’s Debut Solo Album – Fitoor
Mohit Chauhan rocks again with his album “Fitoor”. It presents his originality of style with his unique voice. Being a huge fan since “Silk Route” – boodein, dooba dooba…Fitoor is quite catchy. The album has a lovely lady in the album. Mariah is a Brazilian model who is the video. The video looks quite nice with switching different bits and pieces of shots taken at different places. Every blog post or news site has written about Mohit Chauhan’s album, but none have told or written anything about Mariah… (thats the reason I wrote this ). And she is looks gorgeous in the video rather than in this two-piece

Coke Studio – A Nonpareil Crescendo of Euphonic Experience
Junoon Band was the first sufi style fusion based music which was one of my very favs. And when I found out about Coke Studio, I was amazed by the music on the site. Oh ! man what a platform, wah..kya music.. those amazing voices are just mind blowing. Coke Studio is such a unique concept of putting together so many different artists & difference types of music. They cover so many genre music -Classical, Ghazal, Qawwali, Pop, Filmi, Rock and Hip Hop. With fusion mix of ethnic, religious with latest instruments is quite an amazing mix. The lyrics, the style and the depth with which the artists sing make you feel so very relaxed and I can bet, you will certainly experience an out of world experience. One thing I liked is that there is no live audience in the show( audience brings in extra background sound).
Some of my fav’s among those are – Toomba by Sain Zahoor, Dastaan-e-Ishq – Ali Zafar, Aik Alif – Saieen Zahoor and Noori

Sona Mohapatra – Mesmerizing Beauty with Charismatic Voice
Since her first album which made waves in the music arena in 2007, she’s been on a raging hit sequence. Engineer by study, MBA by profession and singer by heart ! Her style of music and the way its fusion mixed is just amazing. With a strong classical singing background, she has a unique charismatic voice. Her music and lyrics are totally different from usual music makers. She has her own inimitable style which has made a mark in the music world. I am an ardent fan of Sona, her first song which I heard was “Aja Ve“, which was my fav then. Diljale is my fav now !

DD(Doordarshan) @50 – Nostalgia
DD celebrated 50 years on Sept 15. It was started as an experimental telecast starting in Delhi on 15 September 1959 with a small transmitter and a makeshift studio. During our school days we were so very attached to DD. Later on when the cable television took over, the love for DD reduced and now its gone. In those days we used to have one of the best programs on DD. Among them I liked these a lot and never missed these programs.

Its nice to see that the site’s where only downloading, uploading maintaining share ratio takes place also does something special. USOpen.org Starts Free Live Streaming with US Open 2009
I was surprised when shaanya showed me the quality of the streaming, and guess what the official site of USOpen.org guys have started streaming FREE tennis matches ..And the quality is just amazing. (has to be ! streaming is done by Akamai ) ..You can choose the court you want to watch as well as see the stats of the players playing.
